Diane Francis of the Canadian FINANCIAL POST calls for worldwide one child policy similar to that in China.. a forceful governmental body dictating how many children you should have, all in the name of healing the world of the ravages of climate change..

The radicals are running amok in 'Hopenhagen'..

Francis writes in the FINANCIAL POST in a stunning typographical calm:

"A planetary law, such as China's one-child policy, is the only way to reverse the disastrous global birthrate currently, which is one million births every four days"

The world's other species, vegetation, resources, oceans, arable land, water supplies and atmosphere are being destroyed and pushed out of existence as a result of humanity's soaring reproduction rate.
Ironically, China, despite its dirty coal plants, is the world's leader in terms of fashioning policy to combat environmental degradation, thanks to its one-child-only edict"

It's not the first time that someone defended China's policies on children.. Even today, CHINA DAILY dispatched that population control is being called 'key' to the deal in Copenhagen..

Population control.
"Control."

Eugenics appears to be making an ugly return, in a new form and with a new set of words.. This time, 'climate change,' and 'cap and trade' appear to be key buzz words for international agreements that may eventually attempt to stop population growth through government rules..

Again, from the FINANCIAL POST:

"China has proven that birth restriction is smart policy. Its middle class grows, all its citizens have housing, health care, education and food, and the one out of five human beings who live there are not overpopulating the planet"
