Non-silent night.. busy night.. stores are packed. No delight..

The all-knowing and all seeing nutcracker stares out the window at the solstice around him. Happy winter everyone.

Death of an artist

It may be a sacrilege to some to compare the words of O HOLY NIGHT to anything but a Christian Christ, but the words of that song comforted my wife and I after a viewing tonight..
Jason Dembinsky died too young  a few days ago, at the age of 25 years old.. he was the lead singer of the band Cyanide Sunrise. He was a brave young soul who acted the way he wanted to, did what he chose to, and beat the odds with whatever he accomplished..
He was taken from this realm too early, and there are thousands of people who will never forget him. His obit is here..

I truly hope you rest in peace, unless you choose to shake things up a bit wherever you are. You would certainly be good at that.

THE WEEKEND BEFORE CHRISTMAS. HAPPY SHOPPING.

Ok, I'll do it. Here's your HORROR REPORT DUCK DYNASTY rant.

It’s days like today that I want to completely tune out and turn off the ‘news’ .. it makes me snooze.
We are overwhelmed with media attention of DUCK DYNASTY. The show is probably going to be canceled *after a marathon* because the leader of the bearded group said he did not like gay men liking anuses more than vaginas. And because of that, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, and DRUDGE all had this as a top story today. This cultural mess called TV doesn’t warrant any outrage in my book. As a matter of fact, it all chalks up to be a meaningless pile of excrement. I am not buying what I’m being served.. Already, it’s happening though. Water cooler conversation, Facebook posts, Twitter rants, and talking head rage is all being focused around these ridiculous item of no newsworthy value. While the American corpses of the mentally vacant are debating whether A&E should cancel a series, almost 80 have been hurt in a building collapse in London, a major diplomatic crisis continues with India, Target announ…

A funny thing happened on the way home from the hospital

Much to the chagrin of some readers to email me expressing a desire to stop reading about time slips, one more funny thing happened on the way home from the hospital. For those not aware, you can read back from the week and find out all the information you want to know, my father had a very trying stay in a hospital and received medical care for some life-threatening physical ailments. For one whole week it was like life was on hold, as though there was no passage of time but yet time went by faster than ever before.
I wrote a lot about strange and anomalous events this week, déjà vu, and even the death of Nelson Mandela and how it relates to some old urban legends about him being a time traveler..
So just when the family started to think everything was right yesterday, my dad was discharged, and this timeline got straightened out, something funny happened on the way home from the hospital.  My father got released a during a snowstorm, with the roadway treacherous and the drive home tre…

Wednesday update

A wild party at the Beeb's house ..even though he's bored. No better than time now to have a universe collapse onto itself.

MONDAY DECEMBER 16 2013

I feel like I missed a week of everything.. It was a trying and horrendous personal time for me and my family last week. This week, with any luck and grace of an almighty something, will be better. And with a lapsed period of time such as what occurred, it frightens me to no avail when seeing the calender. The hauntingly close time until Christmas.. the lack of gifts and food at this time for the big day. Hopefully no other snowstorms interfere with the highways of life.
Less than a week until Christmas, 2013.
Hoping this week will be better than the last.
Hoping 2014 will be, too..

Onto the news..

Something extremely important happened this weekend--and few American news companies chose to do much reporting on it. China landed a rover on the moon--and now the first photos are coming back. I spent a little of Saturday night listening to Richard C. Hoagland, with his crazed white mane of luscious hair, espouse something odd beliefs about China's quest to find th…

Is this timeline's Mandela Effect over now than he has been buried?

A long nightmare of a time slip is over.Nelson Mandela has been buried in the Eastern Cape Hills where he was born in South Africa..
Robyn Dixon of the LA TIMES wrote this for historical record: South Africans buried their anti-apartheid hero, Nelson Mandela, in the rolling green Eastern Cape hills where he was born, after a stirring ceremony marked by stories of his mischievous side and his love of children. President Jacob Zuma stood and sang in his rich, mellow voice in tribute to Mandela, and the mourners rose as one and joined him, the harmony rising into the black domed roof of a marquee the size of a football field. And it’s over. This time. In this time line.. I have written—almost to an annoying decibel this week—about my newfound love of the mystery of time. It began when my father was rushed to the hospital for a life threatening matter, and now it ends today when Nelson Mandela is actually buried. Why would Mandela have anything to do with feelings of deja vu and ‘being here bef…
