Late night TV has shifted..
Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers.. and all that goes with.

Jay Leno appeared as a guest on the Arsenio Hall show the other evening to announce that the program was picked up for a second season.

Things aren't as rosy for Fallon and Meyers..

According to DEADLINE, Late Night with Seth Meyers has fallen below 2009's Fallon program.. and even more, Jimmy Kimmel is tightening the 11:30 race for top late night status..

Revelers will kiss their hearts out.. then race for port-a-potties and their hotel rooms. Maybe stop by a pub and have a cup of cheer..

All around the world, the events are taking place. Some places on Earth are already 2013. The Pope will have a homily about how peace could be achieved. Fireworks will fly high into the night sky.. People will embrace …
