9 months of negoation later.. Comcast takes ownership of Universal, ending 20 years of GE stake.. $30 billion deal that creates the largest entertainment venture in the United States.. Comcast wants to grow by offering program on demand.. on TV and the Net.. NBC Universal will give them the new possibilites to live out their dreams..
But what will the conglomerate mean to you, and me? Time tells all tales.. but now Comcast will own Universal's movie license.. Will it ease your possibility of seeing movies on demand faster? Will it change the dynamics of Hollywood? .. ESPN is next. The clock is ticking.. going once.. twice.. three times a lady...

However the fear? Local is dead.. small town is dead.. small TV shows are dead.. Will the FCC let them be?
