    Broadway goes upside down

You have to wait until November for the final season of Stranger Things to roll out.. but this summer and fall you can get your fix if you are willing to travel to Broadway in New York City..

Stranger Things .. live on stage..

There has been a trailer released for the show with this caption: There’s only 001 show to see on Broadway this season. Get your tickets to see Stranger Things: The First Shadow, the most Tony award-winning play of the year. https://www.strangerthingsbroadway.com

    This looks really, really good.

A few comments from YouTube we thought worth quoting:

This needs to be shown on Netflix if everyone insists it’s important for season 5.

I went and saw it and it’s AMAZING! It’s totally worth it. They probably won’t put it on Netflix till the live show has finished running, they don’t want to undermine the show by just having it easily available on streaming, they want people to experience it live, it’s why it’s a Broadway show in the first place.

A genuinely fantastic piece of theatre! The set design, sound, lighting, stage craft, etc is astounding. Please see this if you get the chance! This absolutely deserves a pro-shot on Netflix

Saw it on Broadway and it was incredible. Netflix should pull a Disney and release this online like Hamilton. They fronted most of the production budget for this spectacle and it’s cannon for the timeline.

Duffer Brothers Stranger Things length buzzkill

On his Instagram stories, Ross Duffer has now debunked the Stranger Things season 5 runtimes by saying

“lol not even close to accurate” underneath the list of rumored episode lengths…

    So…

They are LONGER THAN WHAT WAS REPORTED!?!?!?

  • So Holly Wheeler went missing after all.

So Holly Wheeler went missing after all.

Most of us hardcore Stranger Things fans already had a pretty good idea what the episode titles for the upcoming final season might be, thanks to leaks, teasers, and a whole lot of speculation. But now it’s official—Netflix has released the real deal.

What’s really catching attention? Episode 2: “The Vanishing of Holly Wheeler.”

In earlier leaks and rumors, the word Holly was mysteriously redacted or blurred out, sparking a wave of theories. Now we know for sure—Holly Wheeler is going missing, and it’s going to be a major storyline in the show’s final season.

Whether you saw it coming or not, this confirmation just cranked the hype level up another notch. We’re in for something huge.

Strap in. The end of the Upside Down saga is going to be wild.

  • This is a ‘stranger thing’ that will chalk up to the believe it when you see it.

This is a ‘stranger thing’ that will chalk up to the believe it when you see it.

Stranger Things fans, hold onto your Eggos !  A user on Reddit may have just spilled the demodogs on the upcoming Season 5 trailer.

The post, which appeared about six days ago before being mysteriously removed by moderators, came from a user with a solid track record. They previously leaked correct teaser details and release date hints for the final season — which gives this latest drop some added weight.

Here’s what the Reddit leak claimed:

The Stranger Things 5 trailer is reportedly 2 minutes plus in length..

It’s expected to drop sometime this month — with speculation pointing to July 15. That’s not just a random guess either; July 15 marks the anniversary of the show’s debut on Netflix back in 2016.

Since then, the post has been taken down, which only fuels the theory that it may have revealed too much.

So… what might be in the trailer?

Warning: Spoilers ahead — or maybe not, depending on if this is real or a very elaborate fan fiction. Read at your own risk.

    Reported highlights include:

The return of the big mysterious wall from the teaser and a military base, which will supposedly play a major role this season.

Vecna returns through a new portal inside the military base.

A new character, possibly named Derek, is introduced.

Nancy Wheeler is seen washing blood off her hands (very Lady Macbeth vibes).

Eleven and Mike share a scene, with Eleven wearing a wetsuit — much like the ones she wore while entering the Void in earlier seasons.

Karen Wheeler and little Holly are hiding in a bathtub, likely from a Demogorgon.

Sadly, no word on Barb. Still. Honestly, for the final season, a mega-reunion of all the characters we’ve lost along the way would be the kind of fan service that Netflix should strongly consider. (Justice for Bob, anyone?)

So is this the real deal? Or just another Upside Down fever dream?

Time will tell. The clock is ticking toward the show’s premiere, and whether or not this Reddit leaker is right, we’ll find out soon enough. One thing’s for sure: the hype for Season 5 is real, and Stranger Things fans are ready to go deeper into the darkness one final time.

Time will tell.. upside down and all.

  • Rumors abound that a Stranger Things 5 trailer will be released this month

Rumors abound that a Stranger Things 5 trailer will be released this month

Various Stranger Things fan sites and online sleuths are either wishcasting—or they just might have some inside info.

RUMOR: The very first trailer for Stranger Things 5 is reportedly set to drop this month, and it’s said to run 2 minutes and 35 seconds long.

Now here’s where it gets interesting…

July 15 marks the 9th anniversary of Stranger Things Season 1 hitting Netflix. A perfect storm of nostalgia, timing, and marketing opportunity. If Netflix is planning to unleash a proper teaser—or even a full trailer—what better day than the show’s own anniversary?

If this trailer rumor is true, we might finally get a real glimpse into the final chapter of the Upside Down saga in just a couple of weeks.

Stay tuned—something strange might be coming.

  • Netflix has had enough!

    Netflix has had enough!

Stranger Things Season 5: Netflix Says No to a Three-Part Split (Thankfully)

Netflix has apparently had enough of the rumors—and so have we. For months now, speculation has swirled online that Stranger Things Season 5 would be split into three separate installments: one dropping in Fall 2025, the second near the end of the year, and a final “part three” arriving sometime in 2026.

Well, it looks like we can all breathe a sigh of relief. According to recent reports, those plans are either false or officially scrapped. Netflix has rejected the idea of dragging it out that long—and honestly, we’re glad they did.

Let’s be real. As much as we love the show, the memes about the Stranger Things kids looking old enough to start collecting Social Security are getting a little too close to reality. We’ve been waiting a long time for this final chapter, and yes, we know it’s probably going to be epic. Each episode will likely run at near feature-length, and the story will (hopefully) be worth the wait.

But dragging it out over years not months? That would have been a mistake. Viewer interest doesn’t last forever—Netflix knows this. So instead of three parts, we’re now expecting two installments, which feels more reasonable.

Now the only question left is: Will it actually come out this year? Or are we looking at another delay? Here’s hoping we’re heading back to Hawkins before 2026.

  • Tentative dates announced for Stranger Things season 5

Tentative dates announced for Stranger Things season 5

Tentative release dates for Stranger Things Season 5 have finally surfaced—though we say “tentative” because rumors have been all over the place. Some even suggested we wouldn’t see the new season until 2026!

As of now, the expected dates fall in early October and late November, just in time for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the holiday season. Could this mean Season 5 will wrap up where it all began—Christmas lights, an alphabet on the wall, and a throwback to the eerie magic of Season 1?

    Stay tuned for official confirmation!

From Stranger Things to no things

Remember those rumors that Stranger Things season 5 might be chopped up into 2 different release Dates? Well, how about this surprise? There may be no release date in 2025!

Recently, the Duffer Brothers revealed that releasing Stranger Things 5 in 2025 would be challenging. Now Netflix’s chief content officer Bela Bajaria has also declined to comment on whether season 5 will premiere this year.

But they say when it does come out, trust them, you’ll love it, except by then you may lose your sight. And vision and live in a nursing home at those point…
