This is Kaiser the police dog from Plymouth Massachusetts. The photo was posted by his handler of the Doug’s last walk.. Kaiser was put to sleep after a sudden downturn in health from kidney problems. As seen, the police force didn’t let Kaiser go without a fitting tribute.. Anyone who owns or did own a dog (especially if you had to make the same choice) or anyone with a heart, will tear up at this fitting tribute..
