The science world rocked.. The space world changed.. and a view we had of Pluto has been thrown out the window by the reality of what the New Horizons has found.
This is amazing.. Exciting. New mountains of youth.. formations of a planet (or drawf planet) still ongoing..
Pluto and the moon Charon have virtually no craters. It has 11,000 foot mountains of water ice. The moon Charon ‘blew the socks off’ of scientists … Pluto’s heart shaped area had then sentimental.
And all the while I keep pondering whether Richard Hoagland is right about an ancient civilization inhabiting all of the planets of our solar system.. No word on whether the big old library was found on Pluto, but it sure seems historic things where..
And that begs the next question: If aliens will look like us, are we aliens?
I have often wondered if the theory of both evolution and creation BOTH have it wrong.. that panspermia is the real deal, and we were seeded by other aliens across the universe to populate earth.
Far out that, right? ….but isn’t life itself far out there, and the very idea that WE exist?
Anything is possible. The universe is large enough to ensure that.

“On that night [June 30] Venus and Jupiter will be a … 1/3rd of a degree apart. That’s less than the diameter of a full moon. You’ll be able to hide the pair not just behind the palm of your outstretched hand, but behind your little pinky finger”
