Controversy in Fort Worth this weekend after a street light in the city fell and damaged a man’s car.
Why the controversy?
Because the city said the incident was an ‘act of God’.. under Texas law, that means they are not responsible for the damage.
I thought our God was an awesome God? Instead he’s busy smashing and trashing…and letting cities off the hook for insurance claims.
