The weather outside just is not frightful

And to some, that may be anything but delightful. Including President Barack Obama, who according to the WEEKLY STANDARD, spoke to a gathering of persons who spent over $30,000 a plate to see him talk. Along with the throngs of wealthy were the gaggle of reporters, reporters who were present to hear the President prognosticate about the current weather strangeness around America.
The gaggle reported:

Potus talked about how he had been in Chicago and Atlanta and how the weather was so warm. “It gets you a little nervous about what is happening to global temperatures. When it is 75 degrees in Chicago in the beginning of March, you start thinking. On  the other hand, I really have enjoyed nice weather.”

Maybe it would be unfair for this website or others to comment much on these words from the Chief Executive.. maybe he is right.

There are record snowfalls amounts occurring as this post posts in Alaska. Just a few weeks back, numerous states around the nation were dealing with a rare and deadly fierce tornado outbreak–one in a time where the ‘dead of winter’ should reign. This year the winter died before it began. Instead of cold snaps we got cool breezes on warm days. Instead of snowstorm we had.. no storms. Instead of frozen ground, grass grew early.

The record warmth taking place across America is not unprecedented, but it is strange. When coupled with the chilling tales of warmth and the horrendous tales of weather anomalies, it does become more and more disconcerting.
Only a few short years ago, cherry blossoms bloomed in January during a really oddly dry and warm winter–70 degree days in January were not unheard of during the winter months of the mid 2000s. That was odd. This year, also, is odd.
Obama and the rest of the nation agree on one topic this year: The weather. Normally talk of the weather is simple water cooler banter that doesn’t mean much of anything. These days, when you talk about the weather, no matter how hot it gets, a chill seems to run down the base of the spine..tingling away.. as that spring sun shines.
