TONIGHT: Forecasters said the Northern Lights may be able to be seen Tuesday night as far south as Iowa or Pennsylvania

The dateline on the article is June 23, 2015.. Tuesday night is going to be a wild evening for some, at least if the skies are clear and the Northern Lights create the beautiful aurora as far south as experts say they could happen..

This is all because of a huge solar storm that struck earth just as summer officially began..  NOAA says this could be the largest geomagnetic storm to hit earth since March 2005–a decade in time.

Look to the skies tonight.. There may be some magical fluctuations in the magnetic field greeting your eyes..
Heads up.
