David Grusch, who testified before Congress in 2023 about alleged secret UFO crash-retrieval programs, made the claims Thursday during an interview on “The Dr. Phil Podcast” Dr. Phil saying US officials had communicated telepathically with alien “pilots” pulled from some of the dozens of UFOs, between 25 and 100, that he believes are in the government’s possession.
