The urgent search for a masked man terrorizing people in Philadelphia has now made national news .. police have been searching and surveillance has caught his mask.. at this point public leads but several witnesses have described their run-ins with this character ..

Philadelphia police have received a number of tips as they attempt to identify a masked man who is terrorizing people in Center City.
“This happened right outside of City Hall, so you think we’re not going to do our darndest to try and locate this individual?” Captain Jason Smith, with the Philadelphia Police Department, said.
