Doomsday scenarios concerning the island chain and how it could transform the North American coastline have been around for years.. recently earthquake swarms in the Canary Islands have only amplified those fears..
While no event appears imminent, what nature events ever do? The Earth Informer echoes the sentiments of the American Preppers Network in its quest to have people prepare.. for anything.. expected or not.

The odds are better that you will turn into a pink skunk and get knocked down by a barrel carrying Popeye’s ashes, but don’t let that stop you.. Tonight’s Mega Million drawing is going to be historic: Half a billion dollars up for grabs.
You can own a small nation..island.. bail out an auto company if you so desire.. Your life would change forever. Gone along with the poverty and debt would be your privacy.. But again, don’t let that stop you.
Someone is bound to win. Maybe not the person who mortgaged the house to buy tickets.. and maybe not the one that borrowed $1000 to buy 1000 tickets.. But someone’s got to win. Just because you won’t? Well, don’t let that stop you.
It certainly didn’t stop me. My one ticket is right next to my TV.
If I win, you may not be earth-informed again. At least not from this one. And if you are, it will be a really rich Earth Informer…
But don’t let that stop you.

Monsters may be at sea but it’s quite the big story when one washes up at sea… Residents of Folly’s Beah

Days after the town of Clintonville, Wisconsin, was told that a 1.5 quake was to blame for the loud booms that took place since late March of this year, the town once again is faced with more movement and more shaking, these booms the loudest yet according to some reports.
While no official explanation has come yet from the post 1.5 shaking, some suspect an earthquake swarm and multiple events.
On Tuesday of this week, police were inundated again with calls about loud booms shaking houses and rattling nerves. And on Friday morning, more calls were made about the same noises.
And now, finally, after all this time Clintonville heard these booms, the rest of the nation had to only guess what they sounded like (unless the earth has been making noise near you, too), ABC news’ website has a video of what may be the ‘boom’ in Clintonville.. Listen close
Though the Tshirts were already printed about how ‘we survived the 1.5’ it seems that the noises aren’t quite done, despite politicians and officials wrapping up the story with the bow of an earthquake.

Police last night received numerous calls from residents who reported not only booms but also noises even louder than what occurred last week..
Officials last week blamed a 1.5 magnitude earthquake as the reason for the loud explosions that kept townspeople awake several nights in a row.. Seismologists said the tremor most likely led to the sounds of thunder, houses shaking, and other bumps in the night ( only the night)
But news of the new noises may recreate the same unnerving feeling for the town of Clintonville, WI, all over again..
Police report over 60 calls beginning shortly after 1030pm Tuesday night..
