Channel 11′s Nicole Ford confirmed that Beaver County’s ESU team had eight members at the rally, including snipers and spotters. According to Ford’s sources, one of them noticed a suspicious man on a roof near the rally at 5:45 p.m., called it in and took a picture of the person. We have learned from our sources the person in that picture is Thomas Crooks. We’re told it’s not clear if Crooks had a gun with him at that point.
According to multiple sources, a law enforcement officer had also previously seen Crooks on the ground and called him in as a suspicious person with a picture prior to 5:45 p.m. Our sources tell us an officer checked the grounds for Crooks at that point, but did not see him where the first picture was taken.
26 minutes after the second picture of Crooks was taken by law enforcement and the information called in, shots were fired from the roof of the American Glass Research building. Seconds later, a Secret Service sniper returned fire and killed Crooks.
But now, as we review a new note that was found in a box of Pringle Mini’s in the Frackville PA Boyers supermarket, it is evident the tone of the note has changed.
The newest note we have seen, shown here, features some new key words and included Oprah with a few other names that include Musk.
But the final statement on the note seems most alarming: Our #1 enemies r ‘Americans.’
A previous note that was featured on WBRE Eyewitness news showed a note that ended with a our number 1 enemies are ‘domestic.’
The note found in Frackville ups the ante on the conclusion to the weird note.
Congressman Dan Meuser says he is looking for answers.
“We’re definitely going to stay on top of this. If it’s concerning to our constituents which it clearly is, it’s concerning to us. So, we are going to stay in touch with our contacts at the FBI and the FDA. Everything that we can find out that we can share we will.”
Congressman Matt Cartwright says he also has been in contact with federal agencies about the mystery notes.
There’s been no indications of sickness but you don’t want to take any chances and we want to find out who is doing this. It’s obviously somebody’s idea of a weird joke but you don’t want to let get any further than that,” said Matt Cartwright.
Beyond those reports and government awareness, there has been no comment on any pending investigations or actions taken.
We have been attempting to discern just how these notes have been spread so far and wide. It seemingly would be unlikely that it’s happening in stores themselves–too risky and too many people can see. An assembly line in a packaging plant may be easier–but so often those locations have a more cameras that a Hollywood movie studio. That said, notes seems to be slipped into packaging–though we have received at least two comments in previous years of people claiming it was securely placed underneath bags in packaging, which may illustrate it is a bit more complicated than just slipping in a note within seconds.
While hiking in Lebanon County’s Swatara State Park, 23-year-old Zachary Zimmerman told the Inquirer he found more than a few of the notes on trees and wrapped around stones.
“I picked it up and read it, and it really doesn’t make any sense to me,” Zimmerman told the Inquirer. “It’s just a bunch of crazy stuff.”
And there is also some clear care that goes into packaging the note for consumption in outside venues:
This was one of the most famous true crime stories, and for those who live through it 20 years ago it dominated headlines I want to talk of the entire planet ..
A man who was convicted in 2004 of killing his wife and unborn child has had his case picked up by the Los Angeles Innocence Project, according to ABC News.

Former President Clinton is mentioned more than 50 times in the filings, though the records do not indicate any evidence of illegality on Clinton’s part, and his representatives said they did not object to the unsealing.
Former President Trump is mentioned in the documents, but no reference is made to any illicit behavior on his part.
Alan Dershowitz, who helped Epstein get a sweetheart plea deal, is named in the filings more than 130 times. Giuffre previously claimed she was trafficked by Epstein to Dershowitz but she later withdrew the suit in 2022, saying she made a mistake in identifying him. Dershowitz told News Nation he welcomed the release of the documents, which he said would show he had “done nothing wrong.”
Jean Luc Brunel: The former modeling agent and longtime Epstein associate features very prominently in the documents. Brunel was found dead in a jail cell in France in 2022 while facing charges for his alleged participation in the sex trafficking of minors. He had denied wrongdoing prior to his death.
Michael Jackson: A witness named in the documents said she met the late singer at Epstein’s house in Palm Beach. When asked if she gave him a massage, she said no.

On Wednesday, a 946-page trove of court documents from that 2015 case – filed by Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre – were unsealed, with details including how Epstein emailed Maxwell to insist that Stephen Hawking did not participate in an underage orgy on his Caribbean Island in 2006.
Hawking, the celebrated wheelchair-bound physicist who died in March 2018 aged 76, was among the guests at a barbecue during a conference on the island sponsored by Epstein.
Another of the documents, arguing that Maxwell should be forced to sit for further testimony, reveals that Maxwell under oath said she ‘did not recall’ being in London with Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew – despite photographs showing the three together.

Jeffrey Epstein had information on Donald Trump and the Clintons so incendiary, it could have upended the 2016 presidential election if made public, according to the dead financier’s younger brother.
“Here’s a direct quote: ‘If I said what I know about both candidates, they’d have to cancel the election.’ That’s what Jeffrey told me in 2016,” Mark Epstein told The Post Wednesday, recalling a conversation he had with his brother about the showdown between Trump and Hillary Clinton.
