Secrets may need to be revealed..
“Whether a right of privacy for businesses exists within the prenumbral rights of Pennsylvania’s constitution is a matter of first impression,” wrote Washington County Court of Common Pleas Judge Debbie O’Dell Seneca late last month. “It does not.”

The Beeb shows just how tacky he can be
Get ready world: Justin Bieber is about to attack teenagers as a spokeschild for a company that wants to sell them debit cards. That’s right, hook them in early and addict them to plastic for life.
But while the Beeb is prepping for that crime against monetary decency, he may have overstepped the line when it comes to what stars should and should not say. His comments concerning Anne Frank are frankly tacky–and more so quite shocking that the Beeb specimen may see a backlash of anger.. Maybe his 60% of fake Twitter followers will help out, though..
Here is the story, from TMZ no less:
Bieber visited the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam Saturday. According to the Facebook page for the museum (yes, the Anne Frank House has a Facebook page), Bieber was there a few friends and bodyguards and went inside while a throng of fans waited outside.
The museum then explained … “He stayed more than an hour in the museum. In our guestbook he wrote: ‘Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.’”
Had she lived … the April 13 diary entry would surely have included the word “douchebag.”I don’t think I could have summed it up better than TMZ’s final sentence in the dispatch..
Anne Frank would have been a belieber..
I know he’s into himself.. but by God, this much? So much so that, given the history of Anne Frank and the human race during the 20th century’s great war, he leaves only thinking about what she would have thought of him?? Unbeeblievable. -

NON-THERN LIGHTS
A night of disappointment: Northern Lights a no show for millions waiting for them..
Maybe next time.
2013: The solar maximum. But how low can the Aurora go? -

The house of horrors that you may not even know about..
The media seating is empty.. The world isn’t paying attention to the Kermit Gosnell trial (well, they are now beginning to, most likely a response to numerous websites and Twitter users calling them out on it..
But now there is a proposed deletion of the Gosnell Wikipedia page! And you guess it, a battle is raging over that issue..
And more:Gosnell’s employees say they were just doing what their boss told them to..Some said it was the best job they could find.. Just following orders? We’ve heard that before in history, now haven’t we?_________________________Why I Didn’t Write About Gosnell’s Trial–And Why I Should Have – The Daily Beast
This is an amazing and honest article by Megan McArdle of the DAILY BEAST.. And a must read in my opinion..___________________________David Weigel of SLATE has another must read story on the Gosnell trial non coverage
The money quote:So the question, raised by pro-lifers, is this: Explain to us why Gosnell isn’t a national story. Somebody else can try. I can’t explain it. It’s never made sense to me, how a local crime story becomes a national story. Two words: “Poop cruise.” CNN ran hours of coverage and grainy video of a stranded Carnival cruise ship, a situation that inconvenienced many and killed none. How does a missing college student or an angry man in a TSA line become part of Our National Conversation? I don’t know. I do know that a reporter in the bubble is less likely to be compelled by the news of an arrested abortionist.

Stress, heart disease, and high blood pressure
You may get all of that from your job, but if you have a long commute to work, you’re only making matters work..
According to research, people who commute over 30 miles to their jobs die younger than those who don’t.. The stress of the long drive has long-term implications for the human body..
As someone who has done this type of long term commuting, I can attest to the fact that the study has merit. I feel much worse the more I drive.. my body feels more unhealthy .. when I don’t drive nearly as much for a job, it’s better.
Why, in this age of telecommuting, aren’t we pursuing that more? IS there really any need for an office filled with catty chatties to be backstabbing and not getting work done, while those who work from home are 100% more positive about the job they do and much more on top of their workload??
…instead, we’ll just continue to die a slow death. Death by commuting. How awful.
