According to The Washington Post, the publicity surrounding her dismissal has brought a surge of new subscribers, so much so that her husband has scaled back his own business to help keep up with demand..

Sittner argues that her dismissal violated her rights, while her former employer maintains that student safety is its priority. It’s an interesting story about personal freedom, employment expectations, and how getting fired from one job can apparently make another one more profitable.
