The creepy image looks like a face with a furrowed brow and a mouth in the shape of an “O,” scowling at the people below.
The photo was taken outside the J. Michael Ruane Judicial Center, at North and Federal streets, according to a city spokesman.
Perhaps it’s the spirit of a ghost trapped in the glass for all of eternity. Or maybe it’s just the light from the overcast sky shining into the object, playing tricks on the eye.
North Korea is on its way toward developing intercontinental ballistic missiles that can hit the United States. Trump has said this is unacceptable. Under Obama, such a viewpoint would have been theoretical and lacked teeth. Under Trump, it’s a different story.
And that may be why the Senate is headed to the White House, something I’ve never heard of before unless it was for a picnic.

A viewer was observing a Spain skycam, when all of the sudden the Sun appears to go into this intense huge flaring mode. Rapidly pulsating in the monitor of the camera. The viewer who watches the cameras often was VERY surprised by this. She grabbed he phone and began recording her iPad that was displaying the Spain skycam in hopes of this event happening again….it did, a few more times that you will see in the video.
My take: Creepy, yes. But also take it with a grain of salt.. webcams spaz out.. so do iPads… and when recording the sun, cameras attempt to focus repeatedly. That said, it was weird. It is intriguing.
One thing I notice more and more, on video and in person, that ‘orange hue’ the sun had when I was younger seemingly is gone.. it’s just a bright white spot now in the sky.. the calm heat that seemed to be there when I was younger is white hot now..
Maybe the effects of the chemtrails in the air! Maybe just … something that proves my paranoia..?
Either way, some times things just happen that make you think a cosmic player is having fun.. that God is setting up coincidences to make us just laugh . Or Cry.
When Donald Trump announced his military strike on Syria the other night, he was on Air Force One. It was interesting that he spoke to the press while a television screen on the plane was playing ROGUE ONE, the STAR WARS story..
The movie continued to play while Trump fielded questions. The internet, quick to make memes, really did not have to, this time.
Much of the conspiracy hinges on an article ALLEGEDLY published (and then quickly taken down) on Perth Now, with a headline reading “Hundreds Of Fans Claim They Saw Justin Bieber Turn Into Giant Reptile”.
The alleged story went on to claim police had been called by distressed fans who saw “gross, coloured scales” all over Bieber’s body.
This site seemed to kick off the conspiracies, with the added bonus of more quotes about Lizard Bieber from the very reliable source of “local skater.”
“He was hanging around with this big guy, his bodyguard I guess, and we were just staring because he kept turning into a huge reptile,” said a local skater. “His bodyguard was pointing at us, shouting that he’d kick our teeth in if we didn’t put our phones away.”
So the conspiracy continues. And with each new post, Tweet, or Tumbl, it grows more..
Justin Bieber….. the reptilian shapeshifter.
Not the first time this rumor has been around though.
Back during his court appearance in 2014, his eyes created a stir when they appeared to change quite a bit, either because of a glitch. Or because his inner-reptilian was coming out.
While walking in nearby woods yesterday evening I came across some strange slightly-snow covered oddities..
The woods are strange in general to me.. Quiet but yet somehow they reserve secrets that trees are just dying to speak of if only they could .. But these two sights, carvings on trees and a shack on the ground, gave me a creepy vibe .. One that forced me to abandon further walking and turn back.
If you look at the bottom of the photo, that’s Mutley the Dog’s head poking up. He refused to go near the makeshift shack. And when HE refused ?? I refused.
If a man lives in the forest but no one hears him, does he really live at all?
Jessica Ogletree posted a picture taken by her 13-year-old daughter to Facebook that had a little something extra looming in the background. No we’re not talking about her brother in the green shirt. Look a little closer at the shadowy figure (Did your eyes widen, because ours sure did!).
“Notice my son Kolton in the background and then notice the gentleman standing to his right!!!” Jessica posted on Facebook.
There’s just one problem with the man in the background. According to Jessica, he doesn’t exist! (Gasp!)
“Ya’ll this gentleman was NOT with them today and there was no one else at these back ponds where they were fishing. The only people there today were Haley, Kolton and their grandparents…”
According to her mother, Haley was going back through pictures she had taken during the day and noticed the (dare we say it), “ghost man.” Like any good teenager, she freaked out and called her mom. Mom wasn’t so much freaked out as she was excited.
“I personally think it’s pretty cool because today is Kolton’s birthday and he caught the biggest fish he’s ever caught! It looks like the man is happy for him!”
