Mega million’s blessing.. and curse: Three people’s live forever changed

It’s most likely a hackneyed statement today: Whoever the three people who won the lottery may be, their lives are forever changed.

But that is just it..

Perhaps they should be on their way to hire security..maybe rent a Brinks truck to transport their ticket to officials? Maybe they should be looking for property on a deserted island–one that is not sinking of course due to earth changes..

All of these things may be going through their heads today.

After all just one day ago they were not a millionaire.. they were not three people sharing in the largest jackpot ever…

And their lives were normal. With debt. And all those things that go with typical humanhood.

Welcome to the new world.. Limos and fine foods? Fine wines? Fine chocolates? Fine mess they have gotten themselves into..

For the world of lottery winners is strewn with cautionary tales.. people who lost millions in a year, people who overspent their fortune too fast..people who couldn’t handle the spotlight and the limelight.. people who won a fortune but lost one at the same time.

Yes, three people (and maybe more depending on the circumstances) may be thinking today.

A blessing.

A curse.

Maybe one of them will re-think cashing in?

More plumes rise from Arkansas?

Dutch Since has been focusing in on major plumes being shown on satellite imagery of the United States.. most recently, as he explained on his website, he seems to be finding more plumes. This time they are rising from Arkansas..

But with the video, this quote from the site:

no analysis — you can form your own opinion on what this is… at this point.. im tired of being the whipping boy for delivering the video on the occurrence .. you decide for yourself.. you think this is a fire.. fine.. you think this is a thunderstorm.. fine.. you think this is military testing.. fine.. you think this is volcanic activity.. fine.. you think this is related to fracking.. fine.. you think this is just a foggy day.. FINE…

whatever.. Im just showing you whats on satellite that stands out as odd

I certainly hope no ill-will has been shown towards Michael.. He has an exceptional site that most check every day.. And what he reports on these most recent plumes are worth noting..

Maryland lottery officials say a ticket purchased in Baltimore County hit the $640 million Mega Millions jackpot.

Would you pay $1,000 to put out a fire in your house?

You would most likely say all of your possessions in your home, your memories, and the home itself, it priceless. People who believe that in a town called Passaic, New Jersey, may soon have to put their money where their mouth is. Why? Because the town may force people to pay for emergency service, to the tune of $1,000 for house fires, $600 for car fires.. and who knows what else..

The town, like others, is broke. But the idea of paying for services that technically people are already paying for is controversial at the least.

The idea though, is not unprecedented. Last year in Tennessee, firefighters let a house burn down because the occupants did not pay a $75 fee..

No word on whether Passaic would be as extreme as those were in the rural Tennessee town..

No word on how much it will cost to rescue a cat from a tree.
