    Was yesterday’s Mexico earthquake preplanned?

One YouTube user used a simple Google search to find something very interesting.. Watch here:

  • Quiet in Clintonville

    Quiet in Clintonville

No noises heard last night in Clintonville..

But people still want answers.. Town hall meeting set for 6 tonight.. Small town news will get big time coverage as the noise and boom phenomenon starts to get coverage from more and more sources..

  • Another video making its way around the world

Another video making its way around the world

Despite some common sense on my part, I may as well link this up.. Someone is reporting a major quake coming on March 22..
Most people believe that we will see the 22nd with no occurrence of anything.. but .. no reason you shouldn’t at least enjoy the video as seen below:

    [youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgPaLfmC16o]

And if the person who made the video is right? …well then as the old saying goes, I will eat crow.. or something more modern. Maybe rabbit.

Speaking of rabbits… I have seen a complete disappearance of them in Pennsylvania. Anyone else have that same issue?

Oh.. here is another video. At least this one added some calming music to listen to during calamity..

  • No rattle, no hum.. this appears to be a noise altogether different

No rattle, no hum.. this appears to be a noise altogether different

We know the earth is groaning, or appears to be doing so.. and parts of the globe have a constant hum. But the noises rattling the town of Clintonville, Wisconsin, appear to be very different–and so important that even CNN is paying attention to what is going on..

There is shaking, explosions, and other unexplained noises. According to the CNN report, some say it sounds like rattling pipes or metal clanging. Homes are shaking–the noises are being heard on the other end of cell phone conversations.

Something is occurring.. something strange is going on.

CNN reports that the “natural” is inevitable.

One possible explanation is gas explosively escaping from underground rock formations. Another is a rock burst, which can happen when mining or quarrying uncovers long-buried rock, suddenly relieving stress and resulting in “locally loud, explosive reports.”

Others include meteorites, a phenomenon known as “booming sands” or even distant thunder, sounds that Hill wrote can be carried for significant distances under proper atmospheric conditions.

While some on Facebook and other web sources mock the noises in Clintonville, others take it more seriously. Speculation ensues: Underground bases being built? Seismic activity? The earth… telling us a story of hate for humans? All this and more is abundant on the web, where stories like this have prominence over those of politics that one commonly finds on the big three 24/7 network news stations..

But jokes and rumors aside, the city of Clintonville is being kept awake by the booms that are going bump in the night.

  • A tale of two percentages

    A tale of two percentages

Mitt Romney won a major victory tonight in Illinois, potentially solidifying his reign over the other Republicans in the field and propelling him to become nearer to the finish line of the needed delegates for a victory at the convention.. but a tale of two numbers ensues.

He won over 50% of the vote.. final tabulations are still coming in slowly because, after all that voter reform, some ballots still didn’t fit into boxes intended for them to be housed in…

The other percentage, and perhaps more telling and important, is this: A meager 15% (as of Mid Afternoon) was the total of voter turnout across Illinois today.

And it was sunny. Not rainy at all.. no storms.. Nice and warm for March. And no one voted.

Mitt Romney’s wake up call? Or the price one pays for inevitability: No one cares after a while..?

  • Major quake hits Mexico

    Major quake hits Mexico

The biggest earthquake since 2003 took place today in Mexico. Initial reports had the shake registering at 7.9.. later it was downgraded to 7.6 and the 7.4– but it doesn’t change the impact it has had on the psyche of those who felt the rumbling..
Reuters reports that office workers fled into the streets after their buildings shook ‘like trampolines’ …. nerves were rattled along with infrastructure, but no major damage, deaths, or injuries have been reported in the aftermath of the shaking..
The stock exchange suspended trading early. Traffic around Mexico City was at a standstill in the immediate aftermath.
Reuters also reports that, though the White House initially declined to comment on reports that Malia Obama was vacationing in Mexico, they had to comment after the earthquake blew the lid off the story:
The White House, which has declined to confirm reports that President Barack Obama’s daughter Malia was vacationing in Mexico, said the 13-year-old was safe.

“In light of today’s earthquake, we can confirm that Malia Obama is safe and was never in danger,” said Kristina Schake, communications director to first lady Michelle Obama. “We would reiterate our request that the media respect the privacy and security of the Obama children and not report on or photograph the girls when they are not with their parents.”
    All are safe.
    All are rattled.
    The earth is a shakin….
  • The Cuddler in chief

    The Cuddler in chief

Water cooler banter tomorrow may include this: President Barack Obama ‘tucked in’ David Cameron while they were both on Air Force One..
And if you hear that little showcase of the Commander in Chief’s soft and cuddly side, you can thank news source the AFP for bringing it to your attention.
The AFP does report more on the back slapping lovefest between the two world leaders.. Grills as gifts and luscious food at state dinners.. It was a great time for both..
While other Presidents had their share of human moments, this may be the first time it has ever been reported that the leader of the free world tucked in a Prime Minster of the UK. I’d imagine the founding fathers, should they be able to roll in their graves, would duly do so. And even though Bush loved Pootie Poot there were never tales of back-plane tuck ins like we have with Barack Obama..
Nonetheless, we now know it as news. If we can trust it.
And if we can.. I’d love to know: What type of tuck did Obama use? Tight? Loose? Airy.. secure? Inquiring minds want to know.
And also this: Stuffed animals and warm milk served?
