  • A SPIRIT 2.0 IN THE SKY

A SPIRIT 2.0 IN THE SKY

There’s a guy out there right now trying to do something that sounds like it came straight out of a late-night “what if” conversation… and somehow it is raising interest and money..

The idea is to buy what’s left of Spirit Airlines.. with regular people.

Imagine the guy who flew Spirit for 24 straight hours somehow ending up as CEO because he “understands the product.” What happens next? Do ticket prices drop because the owners are also the passengers? Do people start voting on snack options mid-flight? It sounds ridiculous… until suddenly it’s not.

A crowd-powered airline. A “we all own this thing” approach. Think less Wall Street, more backyard barbecue investors pooling together to bring back a budget airline that, depending on your experience, either got you to Florida for $39 or made you question every life decision you’ve ever made mid-flight.

There’s a very real chance this never gets off the ground. Running an airline is about as simple as launching a rocket while filing paperwork with seventeen federal agencies at the same time. It takes insane amounts of money, coordination, and logistics that go way beyond a pledge page and a good idea. But at the same time, you kind of have to respect it. In a world where everything feels locked up by corporations and private equity, there’s something weirdly refreshing about someone saying, “What if we just… bought it ourselves?”

The website taking pledges has topped $22 mil and has also crashed..

What if it works? What if Spirit Airlines doesn’t just become another failed brand, but actually makes history by coming back as the first truly crowd-owned airline? Imagine the future ..

  • Where are the scientists?

    Where are the scientists?

It may not have been emphasized enough over the years, but the Stephanie Harlowe YouTube channel stands out as one of the most thorough platforms covering true crime and unconventional topics. The depth of research goes far beyond typical media coverage, pulling viewers deep into the details in a way that’s difficult to step away from.

That approach is on full display in the latest deep dive into the case of the missing scientists.

This is a video worth setting time aside for over the weekend. It may even require multiple sittings, but by the end, it presents a collection of questions that are difficult to ignore.

Connections begin to surface… nuclear safety, asteroid detection, propulsion research. These are not isolated fields, and the overlap raises eyebrows. Much of this has been discussed in fragments across various outlets, but this presentation expands well beyond surface-level reporting and into areas that invite deeper consideration.

At the center of that unease sits Apophis. The well-known Friday the 13th flyby, along with future passes, continues to linger in public consciousness. No credible experts are claiming an imminent impact in the coming years, but uncertainty surrounding long-term trajectories leaves just enough room for speculation to persist.
The scenario begins to resemble something closer to Project Hail Mary… a situation where scientists are quietly removed from public life and tasked with solving an existential threat. A coordinated effort, largely unseen, aimed at preventing a catastrophe before it ever reaches public awareness.

If such a threat existed, the question naturally follows… would governments disclose it immediately? Or would the potential for widespread panic outweigh transparency?

In that context, missing scientists take on a different level of significance. Their absence invites questions. Their work leaves traces. And their silence becomes part of the mystery.

If even a fraction of the speculation holds weight, then the possibility remains… that the most important voices may be the ones that are no longer being heard.

  • And the Oscar goes to….

    And the Oscar goes to….

    WELL NOTAI!

What do you think of that!

This one is set to rock the real people of Hollywood — as real as they can be as they alter their appearance and get ozempic breath…

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Friday announced rules changes for the 99th Oscars in March affecting international entries, acting nominations and addressing the use of artificial intelligence..

    More..

On the use of AI, the Academy said that “only roles credited in the film’s legal billing and demonstrably performed by humans with their consent will be considered eligible.” The new requirements also apply to screenplays, which must be written by humans.

Major changes are also coming to the International Feature Film category.

How long before AI replaces Hollywood? How long before only AI watches the Oscars….?

  • Alex Jones loses the infowar

    Alex Jones loses the infowar

Well, that’s a wrap… at least for now.

Alex Jones has shut down InfoWars after almost 30 years of the website’s existence.

He’s been controversial. He’s inflamed a generation. And quite frankly, he may be one of the reasons Donald Trump became president.

Jones had more impact as a conservative talk show host than anyone before him… and at times, he wasn’t conservative at all… fighting back against the Bush Administration during the Iraq War, and taking credit for predicting 9/11 before it happened… although some would say others made similar claims before he did.
Nonetheless, the massive legal battle surrounding Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting has finally had its lasting impact. It now appears that court rulings and legal pressure have ultimately led to this moment.

At the same time, court injunctions have not stopped The Onion from moving forward with its purchase of InfoWars. So yesterday marked Alex Jones’s final broadcast under that name.

Undoubtedly, Jones will rebrand and continue. If anything, he seems more rebellious now than ever… and he’s already promising that the show will go on in some way, shape, or form.

All eyes are on InfoWars, which remains blank at the time this post is written… and you have to assume something is coming… likely courtesy of The Onion… unless further court action steps in and changes the story yet again.
