According to CBS News Philadelphia, Philadelphia police and the FBI returned to the property at 417 West Chew Avenue in the city’s Olney neighborhood Monday night, using a chemical called luminol to search for traces of blood. The chemical can reveal evidence of blood that may otherwise be invisible to the naked eye. Police sources confirmed Tuesday that human DNA was recovered and will undergo additional testing. No human remains have been discovered at the property.
The investigation has intensified in recent weeks, with authorities dismantling portions of the residence and examining evidence collected from inside the home…
Investigators previously recovered a 55-gallon drum, containers filled with an oily, sludge-like substance and an extensive collection of photographs and videos. The residence was previously owned by Raymond “R.C.” Horsch, who died in 2025 and has been described by law enforcement sources as a suspected serial killer. Authorities subsequently connected the property to several missing women, including Nicole Fusaro, Maribel Fresses, Gabrielle Amarando and Amy McHale, the former wife of Raymond Horsch. Investigators believe at least five of the seven missing women are deceased, although no bodies have been recovered and the investigation remains ongoing.
