An interesting report on Accuweather tonight about ‘military chaff’ over the Southeast..
The images of the aluminum being released into the atmosphere is causing radar reflections.. there was no rain over the SE yesterday but looking at radar, you wouldn’t know it.
It was filled with greens and yellows..
There have been many other instances in which military chaff had to be explained during weather reports..
Even You Tube videos often show forecasters on local stations trying to explain why a sunny day turns milky white.. and why radar reflections occur even though nothing is falling.
