My paternal grandmother died in 1997. I dreamed of her often, but she herself was never present in a dream.. only her empty house and vacant garden. A few weeks ago, for the first time, I dreamed of her and she was there–hugging me and telling me she loved me. When I asked her if there was a God, I woke up from the slumber without ever hearing an answer.. Last night, my sister (who also never had a dream she was in) had a night vision of our grandmother. . this time she was at an outdoor cafe in New York City. My sister knew it was her because she saw her red fingernails on a hand clenching a menu.
Maybe this is the Catholic guilt within me, but the first thing I wondered “was she released from Purgatory.” Once I snapped from my age old grade school fears of sin, I then wondered.. why now? Why these visions? Why did she hug me and where was she for so much time? And why, why the HELL, did I wake up before hearing an answer as to whether or not there was a God!?

Some things remain a mystery.

Remember yesterday that Philippine official who got fired for saying the death toll from Haiyan would end up being 10,000? How dare he? Such radical claims? We are getting ever so much closer to that number now, with almost 4,000 counted as casualties from the storm at this point.. The number of injured stands at 12,165.. With conditions deteriorating, things may be worse for those who actually lived through the storm. Some places are becoming hell no earth, with people fighting and scrambling to survive..

This is a fascinating story from DISCOVER: Do we live in the Matrix? They report in this article that tests could reveal if we actually do live in a simulation of events. But they also ask the question: Would we want to know? And that question ties in with what I asked my grandmother about in the dream she appeared in.. Was there a God? I didn’t get an answer–maybe I did, and my brain just registered nothing. Perhaps we don’t need to know.. we have time to find out after we die.. or before we are born again..
And as far as an afterlife, just one more: Robert Lanza is a scientist who claims that modern physics proves an afterlife. That’s quite a statement to make.. He argues that life creates the universe, not the other way around. He also says space and time don’t exist as we think they do.
It’s noteworthy to remember this: The big bang did not create something, it created nothing. It created ‘space’ and ‘nothing’ where, prior to that, there was presumably an absence of ‘nothing.’ That concept took me years to somewhat understand, but I always lose an understanding of it every time I begin to grapple with the concept again. Just imagine, the creation of ‘nothing.’ There are sounds to silence, to maybe there is something in nothing. It’s all so confusing.

There have been no public developments in the campaign to have Sirius XM void the non compete clause that Art Bell signed with them, but it has not stopped the internet campaign to free Bell from the terms. And now Art Bell himself is joining the call!

For days, Twitter has exploded with the hashtag #FreeArtBell. It’s meaning is simple: Campaign to have Sirius XM void the non compete and permit Art Bell to become an independent broadcaster and stream his own program on his own terms through his own website.

There has been speculation as to the exact terms of what the non compete clause says, but no one but a few have actually seen the minutia of the agreement. The HORROR REPORT spoke to an attorney familiar with the situation–the attorney who is advising Art Bell. The lawyer, who the HORROR REPORT will remain nameless at this time, has thirty years of experience and graduated from Notre Dame Law School. He has gained skills in contract law, and did work with employment law throughout his career. The information concerning the non compete and actions taking place are privileged and confidential–as they should be to effort an effective campaign to free Bell from the legal chains that confine him.

Meanwhile, Art Bell himself is working to extend the campaign to free himself from the agreement. Last night, he posted a video on his Facebook page that highlights his brief career and need to #free himself. The video was posted originally on the message board BELLGAB by a user named “SaucyRossy,” and features the background music of DANCING QUEEN by ABBA with verbal snippets of why the campaign even began in the first place.

On one hand, you can show young professionals without insurance, struggling to get by, working long hours, trying to make ends meet for their families, and battling to stay healthy–Obamacare comes along and now can aid them in their struggles. Art Bell existed at night for decades–and his loyal squadron  of fans now does, too..
The BELLGAB message board was set on proverbial fire last night when a user, named “Surmo,” issued a statement on the website concerning Art Bell’s legal approach to fighting his non compete with Sirius XM. Surmo wrote, in full:

On behalf of Art Bell, I am issuing a statement to the participants of BellGab, the fans of Art Bell, and even Art’s enemies. 

A number of days ago Art and I made contact in regard to his legal issues involving Sirius XM, and now Premiere Radio and Coast to Coast. Art’s desire is to return to the air as soon as possible, and he wanted me to investigate his legal options. Art instructed me to look into each and every option, and by that he meant every option, after which he will decide which avenue to select to return to the airways. Every option is on the table, but the preference is for a quick return in a format that Art prefers. 

Art Bell is not a businessman, and he made a mistake trusting those who perhaps should not have been trusted. He is now assembling a team in order to correct that mistake, and will make his decision fairly swiftly. It is gratifying to note the legal hurdles do not look nearly as significant as initially feared, and I will present Art with a number of legal options in the very near future. If that is what is required to get a show on the air, Art will proceed with one of those legal options, though the final decision remains with Art Bell. 

Those of you who have ideas on how to proceed with the ground troops, i.e. BellGab itself, should feel free to send me a personal message with your ideas. Videos, posting at certain sensitive websites, and other such actions, are all encouraged if done in a legal manner. On a more personal note, in doing due diligence I have been allowed to review much of the existing “back room” documentation, and it is everything Art has stated and more. The failures of the Sirius system have been consistent and widespread, with documentation to support this, and which Art approached Sirius with from Day One. Records of this exist. I have instructed Art not to get into too much detail on this until such time as a final legal team and plan of action have been selected. Suffice to say, the other side frequents this website regularly, and it is wise not to show our hand until we decide to play it. 

In conclusion, all legal or other options are now being evaluated. Art will make a decision in the near future on how to proceed.

Immediately, there were joyful reactions–and also some users who doubted the authenticity of the message. The HORROR REPORT has done its due diligence in contacting the user on BELLGAB but at this time have not been given a response. Presumably, everyone needs to sleep at some point… So stay tuned, we will share whatever information we can in addition to the statement that was posted last night.

There were other posts, such as this and other other cryptic messages from a board user Coaster.. the user was alluding to actions he was privately doing all night, calls to Sirius XM, and work on Facebook and Twitter. A message that he wrote directly to Coast host George Noory was equally bizarre:

I cant say what I was trying to sdo, because, I get it. Noory reads this shit 24-7. wanna play chess? What would happen if a nobody whooped your ass today..

Things are getting ‘schtrange.’

Meanwhile on Twitter, the hashtag FREEARTBELL is being tweeted in big numbers. The Sirius XM Facebook page is being overwhelmed by comments and users writing messages asking Sirius to unbind Bell from his non-compete clause.. Even Art Bell was grateful and surprised by the outpouring emotion..

There are images being made to support the phrase. And undoubtedly, videos are sure to follow..

Yes, it is not a fight I want, but it is one I WILL have.

I have asked to be released from the NC and got a no first time around, now I have asked again and taken steps with Legal help. We shall see what develops. As for thinking George is a nice guy, those days are long gone. 

He should feel the sharp knife of hypocrisy stab him every night when he “thanks me”, I told him what a piece of crap he was after he put Oates on in language that would make most Sirius/XM Hosts blush, still he does it either because he has been told to do it or he really woves me, I prefer the former.
