    I received a message on here yesterday that I should delve deep into the JFK Mandela Effect.. I am aware of this one, and have been for a while. I think there may actually be a logical explanation to it.. except for one thing.

    First off, here is what the ME would say: There were only four people in the presidential limo that fateful day in Dallas: John Kennedy, Jackie O, Connelly, and a driver..

    And now, a new reality unfolds: There are six: JFK and FLOTUS, the Texas GOV.. The GOV’s wife..a driver.. and an agent in the front passenger seat.

    And yes, there is that somewhat famous image of LIFE mag showcasing a limo with flowers –apparently one with four seats.

    A couple things to keep in mind. First off, the limo was destroyed only hours after the assassination. Something that many decried as foul since, really, the car was the scene of a murder and active investigation. So the LIFE image? The logic on where that really was from escapes me..

    But to have a ‘magic bullet’ theory, one needs the Texas governor in the car..that basically allows for the famed Arlen Spector theory of that Seinfeld mocked with a magic lugey theory in the 90s..

    I think, to add a bit of logic to this ME, here is my thought: When the actual final shot strikes Kennedy, your eyes deceive you. Connelly and his wife are both ducked down in the seat in front of JFK and JAC.. you only see the president and first lady and then the two agents in the front.. It would make some logical sense to conclude that the brain snaps the image of the final shot, and in that image there are really only four people completely visible. And heck, most people are focused on the head shot that eventually strikes a mortal blow to President Kennedy.

    And then….the mystery to me. I can understand the confusion.. and I can also in my own sense dispute the four people in a car theory. But .. the glass partition that separates Kennedy and company from the agents? Well.. that is what I cannot recall vividly being there. As a matter of fact, the notion of the ‘driver did it theory’ only works if there is no glass partition there. I don’t recall that ..

    But it is there. All shiny and new.

    So there.. as requested, my thoughts on the JFK Mandela Effect. For better or worse. I would be awfully curious as to your memories.. your thoughts… your timeline? Share aware!

    I recall an all black van with a red stripe going through it.. The toys from the 1980s I found also appear to have an all black design with red stripe.

    And then come the other reality: The van in the show was black–and gray–with a red stripe in the middle.

    Yes, that is right. 
    Your timeline must be the same as mine if you recall all black. But the reality of the day is black and gray.

    This is a Mandela Effect long debated online. The newest incarnation of the A Team van a lot of people pitying the fool who believes it was once gray with black combined.

    There are some–those who use science and logic–that will say we are just having false memories. Maybe.. Maybe. I cannot truly expect anyone to just buy into the Mandela Effect without first being shocked. 

    I was shocked myself to the realization that something seems odd.. First the King Henry VIII turkey leg fiasco–I dare you to find the painting with it in!–and also the A Team van color.

    I had an A Team toy when I was young. I remember because I used to have my A Team van fight with my Knight Rider car. One day I remember there was a bees nest in the van. When I picked it up, I was stung several times. That memory is so clear I cannot even explain it.. And clear in my mind: An all black van.

    I have net a few people who simply thought the Mandela Effect was false memories.. just nonsense in the information superhighway that meant nothing to this reality. Until they were shocked out of their timeline by something so peculiar and weird that even they began to ponder aloud: Has the timeline shifted beyond recognition.

    So that is the debate of the day: Red and black or gray and red and black? Your answer may distinguish the time you came from.

    Think long and hard about this one…

    From MY OWN Personal vault of strangeness today..

    While my family and I were guests of another whose son was receiving first holy communion–a Catholic mass–my own son whispered to me that he had to use the restroom.. We quickly walked to the back of the church where the bathroom was located. When we arrived, someone was just leaving..

    We quietly walked in attempting to not disrupt any of the prayer thoughts taking place way in the back of the church (where most people are anyway) … While my son was using the bathroom, the sink behind us turned on by itself. Or at least starting running cold water.. 

    My 6-year-old, a bit startled, told me matter-of-factly that the person before us just forgot to turn it off.. I stopped for a brief moment, and … well.. to not cause fear, agreed with him. 

    Mind you, this was a bathroom for one. A tiny little closet-ish area…

    Unfortunately for logic, I turned the knob a few times on and off.. Each time realizing that when I turned it on it made a squeaking noise. The squeaking noise was the same exact noise I heard when the water turned on by itself in the first place.

    ….leaving the bathroom was quick.. but ever since, the thoughts of what made the water turn on has not left my mind..

    People who are familiar with the Mandela Effect will understand why this book matters.

    But what is interesting: A timeline collapse appears to be happening! SO many people feel that Mandela died in the 1980s! This would create a potential third timeline scenario..

    GUARDIANS ROCK THE GALAXY

    ….Unfortunately it will take a lot of time. I am not the biggest fan of very long movies. That was perhaps my only complaint about this one..

    The movie seemed to be very, very long at a few points especially during dialogue..

    But like a friend who has redeeming qualities beneath the boring exterior, the film lived up to expectations with every passing 70s song or reference to 1980s pop culture.

    GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 2 was a reprieve from the daily grind. I took my son to see it last night–he is 6, and a few jokes were a bit risqué  in my opinion, and then I saw my son snickering and trying not to show me he actually understands more adult humor than I thought he did!  The audience who I saw the film with at the Pearl Theater in Frackville PA was very diverse.. there were kids, adults.. One woman next to me looked like she just came from a grueling job and she went to the film alone. We all laughed at times.. laughed quite a bit as a matter of fact.

    And then we all cried. I even saw little Ayden wiping away some tears himself.. The ending sequence was epic to a degree.. sad as well.

    The movie was gripping with amazing special effects. And the cast from the Guardians we have come to love continued being lovable in their special ways–like family at the Thanksgiving dinner table. We accept them.

    I don’t rate movies by trade but mention those I think YOU should go see.. and this is one you should. It’s worth it. Afterwards I have a guarantee: You’ll be YouTubeing the songs from the movie.. If you have young children, you may even chuckle to yourself when they sing a one hit wonder from yesterday called Fox on the Run. 🙂

    There are lots of people going to see the movie..

    As of 11:44 PM last night, DEADLINE was projecting that the film was going to meet or exceed $138.8 million..Maybe even $140 mil.. I couldn’t write it better myself, so here is a snippet from DEADLINE:

    In terms of social media chatter, RelishMix reports, “Convo for Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 is overwhelmingly positive and enthusiastic…And, more recent comments definitely contains spoilers from those who have sneaked into screenings.     And for those who still doubt.. what other movie can you sing along during battle sequences and also be treated to cameos from Sly Stallone and even David Hasselhoff! No go see this movie.

    The creepy image looks like a face with a furrowed brow and a mouth in the shape of an “O,” scowling at the people below.

    The photo was taken outside the J. Michael Ruane Judicial Center, at North and Federal streets, according to a city spokesman.

    Perhaps it’s the spirit of a ghost trapped in the glass for all of eternity. Or maybe it’s just the light from the overcast sky shining into the object, playing tricks on the eye.
