Teenager films ‘meteorite’ burning across sky following Japanese earthquake :
The teen, known as Asuka, 16, from Japan, filmed the extraordinary sight trailing across the evening sky this evening.
A rough translation of her Tweet accompanying the video says: “A movie I took while preparing to die.
The quake took place near Fukushima .. no word at this point on whether the word needs to get salt with iodine or not..
Starting on June 7th, FEMA will be conducting a large scale drill that has been named “Cascadia Rising” that will simulate the effects of a magnitude 9.0 earthquake along the Cascadia Subduction Zone and an accompanying west coast tsunami dozens of feet tall. According to the official flyer for the event, more than “50 counties, plus major cities, tribal nations, state and federal agencies, private sector businesses, and non-governmental organizations across three states – Washington, Oregon, and Idaho – will be participating”
And it’s not just the June 7th exercise.. but this too: U.S. Northern Command will be holding five other exercises simultaneously..
There have been a number of scares lately in the corner of the United States where this subduction zone rests.
Radio host Clyde Lewis has commented on it as of late on Ground Zero–his program broadcasts nightly from Portland Oregon, an area that could be affected in a large way if this zone ever does activate. Certainly if a 9.0 hits!
This drill comes a little under a year after a story circulated online last summer — a report so scary that Shepard Smith on FOX NEWS starkly warned people to ‘move’ out! Later in September, more stories online stated that ‘time is ticking’ for a big earth bomb.
At the time, The New Yorker reported that FEMA calculations show these types of earthquakes happen at regular intervals in this specific part of the world, roughly every 240 years.
Fear in ’16 is en vogue.

After a series of powerful earthquakes hit Japan, emergency crews are scrambling to rescue survivors trapped in rubble as aftershocks sway Kyushu region.
At least 23 people died in the latest Kyushu earthquake, according to Kumamoto Prefecture’s disaster management office. The 7.0-magnitude quake hit early Saturday local time.
Two days earlier, a 6.2.-magnitude quake rattled the area, killing nine people. This brought the total death toll from both earthquakes to 32. Both earthquakes left 968 people injured, according to the disaster management office.

A few days ago, a story was prevelant thanks to a link on the Drudge Report, from the UK EXPRESS: Experts, it reported, said the ‘big one’ would happen within 48 hours after the Japan quakes began.. The big ONES maybe more like it.

NASA Gives 99-Percent Probability Of 5.0 Earthquake In LA

“JPL experts predict a possible 5.0 magnitude quake in Los Angeles, but say it very well could be stronger. JPL geophysicist Dr. Andrea Donnellan, along with seven other scientists, has been using radar and GPS to measure Southern California’s chances for a sizable earthquake, and has made a sobering hypothesis about another big one.

An earthquake swarm continues to shake the San Ramon Valley with almost 200 temblors rippling through the region through Monday afternoon, when a 2.8 quake struck at 4:02 p.m followed by a 3.5 quake,the largest in the series, and a second 2.8 quake, both at 4:21.
The 4:21 quakes were widely felt in the East Bay.
Most of the 25 quakes, which started at 11:58 p.m. Saturday, were felt within the Tri-Valley region of Contra Costa and eastern Alameda counties. The swarm could last for days or weeks, then end without notice, say earthquake experts.
The swarm appears unlikely at this point to stop..
