Reports: U.S. Hunts Chinese Malware That Could Disrupt American Military Operations

The Biden administration is hunting for malicious computer code it believes China has hidden deep inside the networks controlling power grids, communications systems and water supplies that feed military bases in the United States and around the world, according to American military, intelligence and national security officials.

The discovery of the malware has raised fears that Chinese hackers, probably working for the People’s Liberation Army, have inserted code designed to disrupt U.S. military operations in the event of a conflict, including if Beijing moves against Taiwan in coming years.

  • Welcome to the mini War of the Worlds

Welcome to the mini War of the Worlds

Think about this.. it was science fiction to predict government officials would orders militaries to take down unidentified aerial objects, of unidentified craft.

But for the third time *that we know of* the United States military took one down.

On Saturday night February 11, there was a long strange odyssey over Montana. The FAA restricted airspace and all eyes were on tanker jets on Flight Aware refueling fighters.. However, we were told in public statements that the military would continue to monitor the object and reconsider in the morning..

So here is the fact that we know, from public official releases from the White House and Pentagon: The US and Canada brought down three high-altitude airborne objects this month, including one Washington said was sent deliberately by China for surveillance. Beijing countered that it was a harmless weather-monitoring device that blew off course…

And now this spicy news from China: They apparently say they have seen an object flying and THEY intend on taking it down over their nation..

WE assume the military knows a bit more than they would tell us, of course, but people are clamoring to know what in the world, or other world, they are. With the silence comes conspiracies.. On one hand we have been worried about World War III, but maybe we missed the beginning of War of the Worlds in the process!

Talking about these objects being anything other than mannade is speculative .. people would slam it as conspiracy. But consider the fact, as we mentioned opening up this post, we have been hearing of the military spotting UAPs for years.. Pentagon officials have silently warned Congress that they did not know what the objects were. Now, after spotting and taking down the Chinese spy balloon, the new objects being shot down apparently don’t completely match that M.O.

From news accounts in Canada: The object was “cylindrical” and smaller than the suspected Chinese balloon shot down last weekend, Canadian Defense Minister Anita Anand said on Saturday evening. It is not clear what the object shot down over Canada is or whether it is related to the spy balloon shot down last week or the unidentified object shot down over Alaska on Friday.

But it is not just objects. It is lights in the sky as well.

Late last month, mysterious green laser beams were spotted from Hawaii’s tallest peak. Experts initially said the burst of laser beams was emitted by a NASA spacecraft though that was proven incorrect this week – with evidence pointing to a Chinese satellite.

Space experts at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ) initially tweeted on Jan. 30 that the Subaru-Asahi Star Camera “captured green laser lights in the cloudy sky over Maunakea, Hawai’i. The lights are thought to be from a remote-sensing altimeter satellite ICESAT-2/43613.”

Yes indeed… some may call some conspiracy theorists. But right now, we all maybe just became honorary members in 2023.

  • The ‘routine’ Trident test: Military prowess or social media?

The ‘routine’ Trident test: Military prowess or social media?

There have been varied opinions from a lot of sources.. People confused by the recent missile tests—one Saturday night that lit up the sky over the West Coast and another one yesterday during daytime hours, obviously without the fanfare a night test would bring.

The Navy was forced into admitting that they set off a Trident missile for what they labeled a “routine” test. The routine nature of the situation is questionable. Routine? When an entire area around Los Angeles is put into a de facto no fly zone? Routine, when you launch a missile during the evening hours for eyewitnesses to see and become freaked out collectively? Routine? When you launch a missile that typically has a nuclear payload?

An article by Peter Holley in the Washington POST describes what I also wonder (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/checkpoint/wp/2015/11/09/california-missile-test-social-media-nightmare-or-exactly-what-the-navy-wanted/) :

Did the Navy think the test would go largely unnoticed by the public? Did officials underestimate social media’s ability to turn a routine event into front-page fodder?

Or was that the plan all along, using the inevitable influence of social media to flex America’s military might for observers in Beijing and Moscow?

The conclusion that Holley makes: It’s complicated..

Some may wonder if this whole thing was something more than a test of military prowess but also a trigger of social media triggering.. How war in the social media era may work.. How an entire city seeing missile strikes could potentially go to Twitter or Facebook and describe it for the masses.. Maybe this was seeing what the implications were when closely associated with densely populated areas. After all, most of the places that see this missile fly into the night sky were cities filled with people out and about for Saturday night social hours..

And what message is being sent? Beyond the borders of America? To China, perhaps. That nation has developed its Navy and is upgrading. We may not have done the same at the pace they have.. but perhaps we’re showing a missile of defiance in the night sky. As the sun sets on America. Perhaps our Navy timed it perfectly at that minute to showcase that the land of the Rising Sun isn’t the world’s leader yet.

     Military games across the world.

Sure feels like World War III’s chess pieces are all lining up in the predicted location.

  • WHOOPS THEY DID IT AGAIN: ANOTHER MISSILE LAUNCHED NEAR L.A.

WHOOPS THEY DID IT AGAIN: ANOTHER MISSILE LAUNCHED NEAR L.A.

As if this weekend’s excitement wasn’t enough.. it happened again.

The United States Navy said it launched another missile from a submarine off of the California coast line..

They also said it was the FINAL missile launch planned–meaning if another blueish beam of light is seen over the skies at nightfall it’s a whole other problem..

    More from the LA TIMES:

The second test launch of the Trident II (D5) missile from a ballistic submarine in the Pacific Ocean took place Monday afternoon, the Navy said. The blast-off took place to far less fanfare than Saturday night’s launch, which provoked residents from San Francisco to Mexico to take to social media, posting photos of an eerie-looking bluish-green plume smeared above the Pacific.

The weather outside is getting colder.. don’t you think?

There is no doubt after seeing THESE PHOTOS that you’ll see why the fine people of the Left Coast freaked out accordingly..

Surprise: Photographer Abe Blair, 36, was taking pictures of the San Francisco skyline when a dazzling blue light streaked across the sky

The blue light special: Trident launch video

This is video I found on Youtube, posted January from the British Armed Forces, of a Trident missile being fired.

It looks quite a bit like the blue lights last night over California and other states..

    Check it out:

I did see a LOT of posts that are dubious of the Navy taking credit for the lights. But as posted earlier on the HORROR REPORT, LAX was told that a week of military operations were going to take place and that they were going to be mysterious. I believe last night’s Saturday’s main event light night show may have been the first of several more we will see and not see..

Finally, one theory I saw plastered around on Facebook this morning was interesting to think of and thankfully not true: The United States intercepted a missile coming at us.

    Creepy thought.

And with World War III being just around the corner, we have 99 problems. Thankfully an incoming missile ain’t one of them *(as least not yet)*

“Mysterious military maneuvers” and West Coast Lights

    missile

    Last night was wild..

Images and pictures, Tweets and messages were coming from me from various people along with the West Coast saying to perk up the website a bit for a Saturday night and get reporting on strange lights. I did just as would be expected.. Several articles were posted and I activated my Twitter account to respond accordingly.. and then the Navy came to stage and took credit for the night light show..

Today I went back to November 6–Friday–and found an article that may give credence to the very normal earthling/Navy source of the blue light special over California, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.. The story was posted by KABC and reported this

Mysterious maneuvers over the Pacific are forcing a change in Los Angeles International Airport landings late at night, meaning noise for thousands of people in the flight path.

Instead of landing from the east over Inglewood, planes begin flying from the west and over the ocean to keep noise levels down, but due to secret military operations, the airspace over the Pacific is closed to incoming flights for the next week.

“We clearly understand that neighbors and communities east of the airport will experience noise and we apologize for that,” said Nancy Castles, LAX public relations director.

The military is not saying what exactly is causing the change, and LAX claims it’s also in the dark. Castles said all they know is planes can’t be flying at low altitudes to our west.

The story concluded that it was going to be a week of ‘mystery.’

Last night may have begun those mysterious events..

Cue the Carpetners.. “we’ve only just begun” …
