    Has 101.7 in Tuscaloosa been hijacked by aliens or is it stunting?

    There seems to be a fever dream of epic proportions unfolding at 101.7 FM in Tuscaloosa, an alternative rock radio station.

    Listeners began noticing dramatically strange events within the last several hours. The station, typically known for its alternative rock lineup, suddenly began playing Taylor Swift songs on repeat—followed by Russian versions of her tracks. Amid this bizarre playlist, a muddled voice, sometimes electronic and other times demonic-sounding, repeatedly announced it was “taking over the station,” muttering cryptic messages about aliens and other strange phenomena.

    As of the time of this post, the staff at the station either appear unaware of the situation or are unable to stop it. Their website continues to function as though nothing unusual is happening, with links to news articles and football stories remaining untouched. Meanwhile, on the station’s Facebook page, listeners have started commenting, asking, “What is going on with the station?”

    Or maybe there’s another explanation of earthly proportions.

    Stunting is typically used to generate publicity and audience attention for upcoming changes to a station’s programming, such as new branding, format, or as a soft launch for a newly-established station.

    Only reported a month ago, Tuscaloosa was ready to ditch the alternative station..

    So while an alien invasion or Russian interference might be more fun, the explanation could be very mundane to get attention..

    Very personal.

    This may sound crazy — took a week or so for me to really think about this. But When I saw a drone, I had a weird feeling it saw me. That we saw each other. and when it became aware, it flew away.

    Not sure how to explain that.. but it just felt like it..

    It felt like somehow, somewhat, that drone saw me look at it.. was aware of me just as much me of it..

    And maybe that was just the anxiety from when it was seen, perhaps the excitement that I was in the ‘mix’ with drone sightings..

    Maybe.

    Or maybe not.

    The drone mystery over Jersey just keeps getting weirder

    New footage of multiple eerie ‘triangle’ craft flying above New Jersey has only compounded the mystery for locals.

    At least five or possibly six of the unidentified drones were captured in the new, 50-second cell phone video, which one commenter declared was ‘the clearest video yet.’ One drone, heard roaring in the skies as it moved through the darkness, appeared to have a cluster of white lights on its underbelly and red lights blinking at the tips of its wings and tail. 

    Governor Phil Murphy has attempted to calm residents claiming these true UFOs pose ‘no known threat to the public at this time,’ but FBI and local police are actively investigating.

    Concerns have heightened over the proximity of these drone-like UFOs to President-elect Donald Trump’s Bedminster golf course, US military research facility Picatinny Arsenal and critical local infrastructure.

    For the 6th night that people have been made aware of, drones have flown the military base Fort Dix..

    One common thread of witnesses is that people feel the drones look, and sound like airliners.. but they are not. They also move erratically, and at least one person told media that their clock radio stopped working when the drone was above their heads..

    The location of drone activity also seems to be expanding..

    It is creeping into New York City now..

    And Pennsylvania..

    Some people may remember the famed Danville, Pennsylvania monkey Escapade several years ago, when monkeys escaped from a crashed truck in a higbway..  those monkeys were a part of disease studies and people were told to stay indoors and lock their windows.

    Now  similar circumstances are taking place in South Carolina .. police and authorities are warning people to stay away from the 40 monkeys, which are now on the run…

    Authorities in South Carolina have warned residents to lock their doors and windows after more than 40 monkeys escaped from a research facility Wednesday night.

    The primates broke loose from a Alpha Genesis facility in Beaufort County and traps have been set up and thermal imaging cameras are being used in an effort to locate the fugitive monkeys, the Yemassee Police Department said in a statement.

    Katie Santry skyrocketed in popularity on TikTok, and she now boasts millions of followers and her videos are being seen around the world, all because she thought a body was buried in a rug behind her house.

    It turns out after much ado about nothing.. the police said that the cavaver dogs are wrong and there is no body.

    But this other TikTok creator actually breaks down how much money Santry may have made since her account became monetized, and it reached record levels in hits.

    .. it truly is the TikTok Lottery.

    This strange event would have happened last week. It’s being reported on now. The gateway, pundit and some other sources are picking it up.

    Arizona Globe journalist Christy Kelly has reported a troubling development following former President Donald Trump’s rally in Tucson, Arizona, last Thursday.

    Kelly noted that “as many as 20 people” were affected by these symptoms, all of whom were seated on the left side of the stage.

    “Many supporters seated behind Trump onstage went to the ER after the rally with “blurred vision” and “burning” to the eyes. I spoke to several who still have not fully recovered. As many as 20 were affected,” Kelly wrote on X.

    The cause of the symptoms remains unknown, and an active investigation is underway.

    It’s been a while.. but the strange and quick moving monolith has reemerged. You may recall stories about monoliths gained some notoriety during the stay at home days of COVID in 2020..

    Now one has appeared again in Utah! And it is actually quite beautiful considering the design.

    While some are worrying that the current nationwide heat wave will create some issues with those trying to find it in the hot landscape, others are saying on social media is worth the sweat drenched and water reduced trek..

    All of that now doesn’t matter.. due to safety concerns, police have destroyed it

    Las Vegas police said on X that members of its search and rescue unit found the otherworldly object over the weekend near Gass Peak, part of the vast Desert National Wildlife Refuge where bighorn sheep and desert tortoises can be found roaming. At 6,937 feet (2,114 meters), it is among the highest peaks in the area north of Las Vegas.

    After the removal, police went on to say that the structure is being stored at an undisclosed location while public authorities determine the most appropriate way to dispose/store the item. It is 77” tall and each face is 13” wide. It was made out of reflective sheet metal folded into a triangle and secured with rebar and concrete.

    Police posted socially that it remains unknown how the item got to its location or who might be responsible. At this time, there is no LVMPD investigation into the object or the circumstances surrounding its existence…

    But Pennsylvania went one step further.. the state House in the Keystone State now officially declared it all the Era of Taylor Swift..

    And even this vote was divisive and along party lines..

    The resolution celebrates how Swift has ‘transcended the role of pop star,‘ and recognizes her achievements in 2023 – including being named TIME’s Person of the Year

    Most Republicans voted against the honorary measure, as did a few Democrats, despite it being introduced by eight Pennsylvania progressives..

    She is from Wyomissing, PA, in Berks County.

    Just before it passed, Speaker Rep. Joanna McClinton, a Democrat from Philadelphia, defiantly provided with her own rendition of the lyrics of Swift’s track ‘Shake It Off’ – telling those who planned to vote against: ‘Haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate.’

    Rep. Stephanie Borowicz, a Republican, responded by questioning what the guidance, in reality, actually meant, before labeling it an empty gesture by the progressive left.

    ‘What a joke of the State House Assembly of Pennsylvania,’ Borowicz said of the proposal, which would go on to be barely passed after some back-and-forth.  

    ‘This is the Democratic party though, idolizing Hollywood,’ the lawmaker continued. ‘Giving Taylor Swift an era while our veterans get a day.’

    Rep. Russ Diamond, another Republican, was even more pointed with his remarks, reminding the more than 200 lawmakers how Swift broke up with her home state when she moved to Tennessee to pursue her singing career.

    First Lady Jill Biden’s efforts at spreading some Christmas joy have been met with derision and astonishment from many who have labeled her celebratory video as ‘bizarre’ ‘freaky’ and ‘absolute garbage.’ 

    The video, posted by Dr. Biden on Wednesday, shows members of a New York City-based dance troupe, Dorrance Dancers, doing a tapdancing ‘playful’ interpretation of The Nutcracker Suite through the halls of the White House. 

    The group are in a candy-themed hall leading into the main Christmas tree in the Blue Room, since 1961 the main tree has usually been housed there. The dancers show off how each room has been decorated for the celebrations.
