    Reality is stranger than fiction..

    Two blasts from the past can prove that, courtesy of users who have uploaded certain videos to YouTube.

    Ed Edwards was a serial killer who murdered countless amounts of people around the United States. There is even a new book claiming that he may have been involved with the 1990s famed Jon Bonet Ramsey murder.. There are others who even believe that Edwards was the Zodiac Killer. But On October 17, 1972, Edward Wayne Edwards, the man we know was a mass murderer, appeared on the game show TO TELL THE TRUTH. He was a con man.. And clearly, even on this show, was telling things very far from the truth:

    Rodney Alcala was another murderer and rapist who made a television debut on a game show in the 1970s..  A number of sexually explicit photographs of boys were also found, some of which could have been additional victims of him.. Alcala was also known as the DATING GAME killer, because that was the 1970s show he appeared on ..

    There is something obviously very grisly and creepy about serial killers.. but match them up with obscure and equally creepy 1970s pop culture, and you have the ultimate of oddity and weirdness..

    Keep in mind the brutality of these two people.. and couple that with the fact that their crimes had already been started by the point where they were able to get through background checks and be transmitted into living rooms across America..

    The other question I often ponder based off of these two incidents: Are there people today, on modern game shows, who will one day be revealed to the world as the next horrid killer among us?

    The strange streak of clown crimes continue worldwide..

    It seemingly all started when TWISTY first appeared on American Horror Story.. since that time frame, the news has been giving us clown recaps nightly. Clowns who terrify children with axes.. others who rip apart pumpkins on front porches..

    Last week we heard about France getting a fair share of freaky clown sightings and crimes..

    Tonight, more information on just how bad this clown fever is getting is being revealed.. This news from France: What began in the Northern part of the country now appears to be spreading. Clowns are showing up in different parts of France, and they are spreading fear, too.. According to media reports, the clown syndrome in that country has been easily spread by Facebook posts and other social media.  

    Also in France, another fake clown was given jail time only days ago.. His crime? Threatening people in full clown attire. And holding a stick that police said resembled a knife..

    The French clown revolution is not only marred by vigilantes searching for those in face paint, but the clowns themselves are also accused of committing crimes.. the town of Douai seems to be ground zero in France. Last week a small girl was reportedly chased .. a student said she was threatened by a clown..  

    This is how phobias are born..

    While this worldwide clown fascination has unfolded, the main brunt of the trickster oddities appear to have hit France hardest.. It is so strange and bizarre that police are saying this: “Symptomatic of the impact of the Internet, this phenomenon can lead to damaging individual acts and disturbances to public order”.”

    The police say that the ‘scary subculture’ of clowns is spreading because of the net fascination..

    This is all getting so weird.
    So weird that there is even a statement from the World Clown Association.. something I did not even know existed until this latest streak of bizarre news..

    Randy Christensen is the president elect of the World Clown Association.. he is unhappy with all of the attention media has been paying to clowns behaving badly.  Vulture interviewed him in depth. No word on whether he was in full gear ..

    Christensen seems to have a big mission: Get people to stop fearing clowns.
    Pop culture isn’t following his lead.
    Neither are violent clowns in France.
    Or scary ones everywhere else..

    While the TODAY SHOW talked about how to ‘take charge of your laundry’ Friday morning, a weird message popped up: An emergency alert that the channel has been force tuned to receive the Emergency Alert Message.. The actual audio of the station was interrupted in various cities while the message alert broadcast noise buzzed and the text demanded people stop using their phones to free lines up for the emergency ..

    No alert message followed..
    It is presumed this was a test run.

    Apparently it was not just people scared into a few paranoid thoughts, but also news stations, as well.. <a href=”http://www.wsoctv.com/news/news/local/wsoc-tvs-statement-emergency-alert-aired-wsoc-tv-a/nhrBF/?ecmp=wsoctv_social_twitter_2014_sfp”>WSOC-TV in Charlotte put a statement on its website that read:</a>

    <em>WSOC-TV is hearing that radio stations broadcasted the message too along with our sister station in Atlanta WSB-TV. </em>

    <em>We are investigating the alert and will have more information after we look into it.</em></blockquote>

    People are actively searching every available map to figure out why such an output would occur..

    Lest we forget: The allegations of an underground base near DULCE. Maybe this is some form of evidence that such a base exists—or at least something that will inspire the people who believe it to investigate further..

    The HORROR REPORT is also aware of constant rumors of nuclear testing–especially in the years when the data was being studied..

    But I just keep coming back to that mysterious DULCE base.. and the location being so close to the place where this hotspot is making itself evident at..

    Things are truly getting bizarre. A few days ago I implored zombie hunters to get their twinkies ready as news broke that two Ebola patients in Africa reportedly rose from the dead..

    The steady stream of people coming back to life has not abated. The latest is from Greece.. We’re being told by some of the lamestream media across the pond in the UK that a cancer patient—dead, mind you—began shouting from her casket in her grave.. This is what the LONDON TELEGRAPH reported:

    Police said a cemetery worker and two people visitors heard a woman’s voice from inside the 49-year-old cancer patient’s grave on Thursday.

    The sounds were reportedly heard by the passers-by shortly after the last relatives of the deceased had left her funeral in the northern town of Peraia.

    They are believed to have dug up the grave to try to save her, but by the time they got her out of the ground she had suffocated inside the coffin, according to Greek media.

    A doctor summoned to the cemetery pronounced her dead, but dismissed claims that she had revived and had called for help.

    Of course a doctor would poo poo the claim that someone rose from the dead .. After all, real zombies don’t exist.

    Except this week.
    Three.. two with Ebola, one with cancer..

    In this case, the ending was sad, times two.. After the family left the gravesite, the woman actually died again.. If she was dead to begin with, of course.

    But at this point, there will be no proof to offer anyone that someone rose from the dead.. The story is complicated. Perhaps the first trauma didn’t kill, and a funeral home didn’t notice.. Maybe embalming did not happen. I don’t know. But I do know that the news has been freaky lately..

    As to whether or not she rose from the dead? She’s dead now.. So…….

    The official Vatican trade reported that Pope Francis greeted a paralyzed man.. There are several other photos from the day but this one I post just sort of stood out at me. Perhaps it’s because the scenery behind the people listening to Francis speak looked like the gates of hell opening, like fire engulfing the row of people who are peacefully listening to what Bergoglio as to say..

    It’s actually a freakish image to me, to be honest. I am sure people smarter than me would know some of the deeper meanings that the statue encapsulates. But I don’t know if I want to know..

    The Pennsylvania woman who captured an unidentified flying object on her cell phone camera says she is, “scared to death now.”

    It surely does look a bit odd.. Especially when military facilities nearby say no flight activity would have been taking place on that night..

    The city of Harrisburg also say this object—more than just the woman being profiled by ABC NEWS and GOOD MORNING AMERICA..

    Eyewitnesses to the event say the object was not moving and was changing colors .. 911 calls were made, police saw it when they arrived on scene… The National Guard said it wasn’t them..

    I believe that this is a UFO—by definition any ‘unidentified flying object’ is a UFO.. But the fact that people are seeing this more than one night, and nights in a row in certain instances, tells me that we have two possibilities: A drone. Or … something ‘out there’..

    I have written recently about my fascination with stories that ultimately are of the ‘paranormal’ making headlines in mainstream publications.. Today shows us another example of the increasing paranormal-ification of the daily news: Roberto Calderoli, a Senator from Italy, put a request in to the Pope: He wants an exorcism.. 

    Tom Kington in Rome, reporting for the The LONDON TELEGRAPH writes, this:

    At a ceremony last year attended by Miss Kyenge’s father, Clement Kikoko Kyenge, in his home village, a prayer was said in which God was asked to free Mr Calderoli from evil thoughts. A photo of Mr Calderoli was then placed before an altar dedicated to the ancestors of the village, and the same request made.

    But this month Mr Calderoli said a series of misfortunes he has incurred since then – including six hospital operations, the death of his mother, two broken fingers and two broken veterbrae – proved he had actually been cursed by Mr Kyenge.

    And more:

    To cap his year of bad luck, Mr Calderoli this month tweeted a photo of himself holding a six foot long snake he said he had found and killed at his home in Italy.

    Maybe St. Patrick freed the snakes from Ireland and they all moved to Italy..?

    Before getting to overdone in religious fervor to support Mr. Calderoli, consider a few things hidden in plain view about his past dealings with the supposed possessor.A defamation of character case was opened against Calderoli in 2013.. Before he claimed possession at the hands of Kyenge, he first compared to an orangutan—said sorry, but still said it wasn’t racist.  The incident led to the Italian Prime Minister calling for an end to the racist insults..

    With that all said, some faithful may believe that given his possession and racist sentiments, it’s high time for an exorcism. Others may just see things for what things are…

    But regardless.. what about this snake!

    A beheaded goat and several other dead animals have been found in plastic bags near a New York reservoir.

    Beheadings seemingly are happening everywhere.. ISIS.. Saudi Arabia.. New York..

    The Westchester county SPCA is investigating the headless goat and other animals found in New York.. Many of the animals found were beheaded.

    Earlier in August, there were mutilated and beheaded cats found in Philadelphia .. not only there, but there were also severed cats heads found in the UK..

    Also .. this has been happening for a bit of time.. Back in May 2014, 25 dead cats were wrapped in plastic bags and hung from trees in Yonkers, NY..

    Google has reportedly solved the problem tonight, but but when a weird image kept appearing on every search result today, it became a bit freaky..

    Early today, people were wondering if Google was hacked to show a Russian car crash..

    A number of searches, including ‘iPad air,’ were coming up with the strange image..

    Reports actually came in from all across the planet Earth of the problem—but the oddity seemingly was that some people in the same building could not replicate what their co-workers were finding, as the Washington POST reported today..

    While the glitch may be itched, there’s not much more to find out about it..

    Hacked or not.. it was bizarre..
